I got this from our wonderful com-padres at Beautiful Kenton Bar - have not heard from them for a while though so getting worried..... as you can see a nice scan of the brochure for the estate showing the different house types and the site before KBE was built.

    Very nice. Not what we got though, ours was just a duplicated foolscap sheet describing the various types.
