Coming soon...10th photo of 8th wonder of the world
On Saturday night at 7:00pm uk time I shalt up the final photo of the 3 that we got from kind & noble Ryder & Yates/Rutter Carroll...I suggest that you prepare for this event by holding a 'Kenton Bar Party' with copious amounts of ale and food...
You will see:
The glorious pyramid herself from a hither to unseen direction(NW)...
the beautiful boulders...and we will be able to say with good authority how many of them there were and what size they were...
the metal thing and the blue bit...
Something astonishingly interesting that Ghost of Menforth had totally forgotten about re the bungalow roofs...
and an oddity on the flats at Hartburn in the background...
Saturday night 7:00pm it is then!

There is a dislocated boulder on my pic so if they are all in-situ then my photo is later.
ReplyDeleteAll we need now is a shot of the cascade from the lower square.
Unfortunately I'm out tomorrow night as we're going out for my son's 18th birthday, however I'll be straight on the site as soon as we're back in.
ReplyDeleteI'm asking family for any old photo's we may have from the estate for to publicised on here. Mind they may only be of people outside houses etc but they may be of interest.
Will let you know in due course
Kev, any and every photo of the estate is of interest to us thank thou!-post 300 will be a memorable one for you especially then, it being your sons 18th-best wishes from the blog, and have a great night :)
ReplyDeleteShades, all might be revealed...yes indeed, a photo (looking west) of the cascade from the lower square still evades us...
